Houses are player-owned spaces bought and managed with chat commands.

Face the door of an unowned house and buy it. Requires level 20, premium, enough money, and no active combat condition. |

Offer the house to an online player while standing inside it. |

Give up the house while standing inside it. |
Houses have a purchase cost but no recurring rent. Premium must remain active to keep ownership. The purchase price depends on house size and current server configuration. A guildhall can be bought only by a guild leader.
