Soul Points as you know it requires you to hunt monsters in Tibia to regain, in TibiaScape it works a bit differently. 

Its just a global threshold or cooldown to how many runes someone can print, the reason for this to exist in TibiaScape is because how volatile and how much mana regen a player is able to get

* You regenerate soulpoints from eating food. You gain 1 soul per 30 seconds
* Creating a rune from mana now cost between 1 to 3 soul points depending on what rune it is
