The Exaltation Forge attempts to turn an identified rarity item into an unidentified version of the same base item.

How to reforge

Carry an exalted core and enough gold.
Use the forge on an eligible rarity item in your inventory.
Identify the item again if the reforge succeeds.

The item must be upgradable, identified, unequipped, and not mirrored. A failed attempt consumes either the gold cost or one exalted core. A successful attempt may spare one of those costs.

Costs rise with the item's base level and previous successful reforges. Guild level can reduce the gold cost.
