example of a boss room

Boss raids are special server events where powerful bosses appear for players to challenge. Most boss raids are announced with a server-wide message before or when the boss appears, giving players a chance to gather, prepare, and travel to the raid location.

Many major raid bosses use a dedicated boss room instead of spawning directly in the open world.

How Boss Rooms Work

When a boss-room raid begins, an entry teleport opens near the boss location. Players can use this teleport to enter the boss arena and fight the raid boss.

The exit teleport inside the room is not available at the start of the fight. It appears after the boss has been defeated, allowing players to leave the arena safely.

In short:

  • A boss raid is announced.
  • The boss spawns in its arena.
  • An entry teleport opens for players.
  • Players enter the boss room and fight the boss.
  • After the boss dies, an exit teleport appears.

Known Boss-Room Raid Bosses

The following raid bosses are known to have their own boss rooms:

  • Obujos
  • Jaul
  • Tanjis
  • Orshabaal
  • Demodras
  • Ferumbras
  • Ghazbaran
  • Stonecracker
  • Morgaroth
  • Fluffy

Other configured boss-room raids may also appear, depending on the current server setup.

Tips

  • Watch server announcements carefully, as they often hint which boss has appeared.
  • Bring supplies before entering, since the exit may not be available until the boss is dead.
  • These bosses are intended for groups or well-prepared players.
  • Some bosses may spawn with additional monsters or delayed warning messages before the fight begins.
